Injection Moulding

Injection moulding is the most important plastics manufacturing process. It produces small products such as bottle tops; sink plugs, children’s toys, containers, model kits, disposable razors and parts of cameras. It is also used to manufacture larger items such as dustbins, and milk crates.

Injection moulding offers many advantages to alternative manufacturing methods, including minimal losses from scrap (since scrap pieces can be melted and recycled), and minimal finishing requirements.

We service a wide range of industries.

Capabilities

We design and manufacture plastic injection moulds for our clients and run their plastic injection moulding. Our current capacity is up to 220grams shot weight. We do have access to larger machines should it be necessary. We can accommodate short and long runs on production.

Materials

We have vast experience and knowledge in moulding a wide variety of different engineering polymers. We are able to produce injection moulding for housewares, medical, electrical and engineering uses.

Tooling

We design and manufacture complete sets of tooling in-house. We do offer our clients where possible, either (1) dedicated moulds or (2) insert moulds.
